TYPE RATING TRANSITION COURSE (TRTC) Boeing 757/767/787, Airbus 318/319/320/321
TRTC is designed for a flight crew composed of a Flight Captain and a First Officer, two First Officers or two Captains who will each be trained in the full crew concept.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
- Pilots with experience on multi crew aircraft operation
- New pilot who successfully completed the ab-initio pilot training (the initial pilot training until MPL, CPL or ATPL)
- Military pilots with experience on multi crew air-transport aircraft operation
PREREQUISITES
Captain
- Valid and current Air Transport Pilot License (ATPL) with IR-PBN/ME (evidence documents must be provided)
Previous command experience
- Flight time: 1,500 hours as pilot, including at least 500 hours experience in an airline (Captain of multi-engine airplane operated in multicrew environment)
- English (ICAO Level 4 minimum)
First officer
- Valid and current Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with IR-PBN/ME
- Theoretical ATPL
- Flight time 500 hours as pilot, including at least 200 hours in an airline (multi-engine airplane operated in multicrew environment)
- MCC qualified
- English (ICAO level 4 minimum)
New pilot, Military pilot
(ELT/MCC course is mandatory prior to TRTC)
- Theoretical ATPL
- Completed trainings on IR-PBN, ME, MCC (evidence documents must be provided)
- Flight time 150 hours as a pilot-trainee (cadet-pilot), including solo flight (the flight experience finished earlier than 1 year prior to TRTC is not valid AND NOT ACCEPTED)
Note: Base training on real airplane rather than ZFTT on Simulator is mandatory for such kind of candidates
In case of noncompliance of prerequisites, an ELT or ELT/MCC will be proposed before the TRTC.
