With the approval from the Federal Air Transport Agency under the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation (Rosaviatsia), from now on, “Training Center” LLC can provide services to airlines from Russia.
It was awaited by many airlines located in the territory of the Russian Federation. Thus several Russian air companies could use the service of Aviation Training Center. Two air companies became the pioneers – “Royal flight” JSC and “Pegas Fly” LLC.
The representatives of these airlines have evaluated the great experience of instructors and individual approach to each client, that made it possible to improve mutual understanding and strengthen the relationship.

These days Aviation Training Center celebrates the 6th anniversary since Airbus 320 Full Flight Simulator has been put into operation. The event was widely announced in mass media and Uzbekistan Airways magazine. Over the years, more than 9000 specialists from Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan, the Russian Federation and other countries have passed full flight simulator training. Dear Colleagues!
I am proud to have the right to call you colleagues. Teaching, instructing and mentoring activities in civil aviation are rightfully considered to be the most important, highly-demanded and honorable work. All over the world, everyone who is called an aviator is constantly learning person. An instructor is a person who helps other aviation professionals acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to work safely. At the same time, he is someone who is looked at with admiration, respect and pride. Every competent and successful pilot, engineer, controller, ground service specialist strives to become an instructor and transfer his knowledge and experience to the next generations.
In this difficult period for the whole world, our air company demonstrates the sustainability of the business model created over many years, the stability and profitability of its activities, which allows us to adequately pay for the services of our instructors and teachers. At the same time, I am sure, that your honest and sometimes selfless work cannot be evaluated in material terms. I believe that sharing your knowledge and experience is like the ability of a kind person to share bread, water and shelter. These are the categories that cannot be paid for with money or some other material benefits. Therefore, I believe that every professional has an unpaid debt to those who taught and mentored him during his career. And this debt can be returned only by working in the interests of the next generations of students. This is another reason why our profession is so grand and honorable. We have been entrusted with repaying these debts by transferring our knowledge to other aviators.
Our great ancestor Omar Khayyam wrote:
For the worthy – there are no worthy rewards,
I put my belly for a decent glad.
Do you want to know if hellish torments exist?
With the unworthy to live – that’s where the real hell is!
These words are almost 1000 years old, but they are still relevant today.
I consider all of you to be the worthiest representatives of the Uzbek nation and the great profession of a mentor!
Teacher and Mentor Day is an international holiday established by the United Nations back in 1966. In many countries it is celebrated on October 5th. Many CIS countries still consider the first Sunday of October as a teachers’ day, and only the Republic of Uzbekistan back in 1996 singled out this holiday on a separate date and celebrates it as a national day off.
“Aviation Training Center” LLC has always been considered and remains an important element of the entire civil aviation of Uzbekistan. In our country, a great attention is paid to the training of aviation personnel. It should be noted that during 30 years of the state independence of Uzbekistan, the issues of training flight personnel, air traffic controllers, engineering and technical personnel remained among the main priorities. This policy has contributed to the safety and efficiency of national air transport for many years.
Today congratulations have been received from the Head of JSC “Uzbekistan Airways”, Minister of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan Makhkamov Ilkhom Rustamovich. We are also congratulated by all our partners from far and near abroad.
I would like to congratulate sincerely all the teachers, instructors and other specialists of Aviation Training Center on their professional holiday. I wish you good health, moral satisfaction from the work and, also, peace and tranquility in your private life. On behalf of all aviators, I bow down to the ground and thank you for your noble work, adherence to principals and fortitude!
I would like to complete my speech with Omar Khayyam words. It is widely known, he was not only a philosopher and a poet, but also a famous mathematician (he was engaged in algebra) and had some students in the field of math and other exact sciences, who in terms became famous for their achievements:
For a wise man, everyone is a mentor,
Who tells the Truth!
It doesn’t matter Who,
It doesn’t matter How,
And what is extremely important is that come from the mouth!
I appreciate everything, that comes out from your mouth, thank you for your minds, hands, and thank you and your family for your and their patience!
